ICT Officer
| JOB PURPOSE The ICT Officer will ensure the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of all TISA’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure, systems, and hardware. This role serves as the technical lead for internal systems and the primary administrator for TISA’s website and digital outreach platforms, bridging the gap between technical stability and creative visibility. In addition, the ICT Officer will contribute to the organization’s digital projects by supporting website and app development, coding (front-end and back-end), and podcast production. Key responsibilities include maintaining network performance, updating software, managing ICT assets, assisting with data backups, and ensuring data is handled securely in line with TISA policies and the Data Protection Act. |
