TISA’s STRATEGIC PLAN 2025-2029 – Wananchi Rada.

TISA envisions a Citizen-led public accountability for good governance. To achieve this, TISA recognizes the need for a multifaceted approach that addresses the root causes of social inequality and injustice. At the core of TISA’s strategy is the belief that active citizen engagement catalyzes social accountability and change. TISA will work to strengthen the capacity of citizens and civil society organizations (CSOs) to engage with government institutions and oversight commissions, both demanding accountability and speaking truth to power. This process will involve promoting citizen participation in decision-making processes, monitoring public resource utilization, and advocating for policy changes that protect and uphold human rights. TISA’s approach is underpinned by four key pillars: Public Accountability, Livelihoods and Just Economies, Institutional Development & Sustainability, Communication, Innovation, and Information Management.
