Nairobi, Kenya: A December 2022 study by Twaweza titled ‘State of the Nation’ indicates that three out
of four households (75%) said that their daily income is insufficient to meet their daily needs. At the
household level, inflation and cost of living were named as a top concern by 60% of citizens.
